2003 ford turus clicking noise at starter will not start?

I have a 2003 ford turius I changed the start and now when I try to start the car all I get is a clicking noise coming from the starter like it isn't making connection with flywheel
what can cause this and how do I fix

Bad solenoid or dead battery or loose connection on starter

  • 03 ford ranger 3.0L v6 making clicking noise? A few days ago my ranger started making a clicking noise from the engine. It increases with the rpms and seems to go away when torque is applied like going up a hill. I had probably waited too long to change my oil and I just changed it and it seemed to maybe help a little. Does anyone know what the sound might be?
  • Ford Ka making a constant clicking noise while driving? Car was only serviced a few months ago. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Seemed to be coming from under the car but I can't be sure.
  • Noise works, but when I push it, it also makes a clicking/rattling noise? I have a 2012 Ford Focus, and while the horn works, and sounds (as it normally does), when I press it, it also makes a weird clicking/rattling noise (also kinda like a jingle sound - hard to describe). It sounds as if it's coming from behind the center console/under the center console, but it's hard to tell. Any ideas what it could be? With any answers - any advice on how to fix it? Question should say HORN Works
  • Ford focus.clicking and whirring noise, mostly when i go into a right hand corner? If I shake the steering wheel on the straight I hear clicking, i'm sure its ABS related but what? brakes are working fine, abs lights never flicking?
