Can I put a Mustang 3.6L V8 engine in a Nissan 240 SX?

Will the engine fit in it, will it be compatible with the mounts and will the rest of the car handle it the power and weight difference.

Some explanation will be nice. Thanks

Added (1). It has the wiring and "caja de fusibles" which I don't know how to translate. Its the box with all the connections on the engine bay.

Get the measuring tape out and start taking the measurements of both the engine and the engine bay. That's the only way you'll know if it will fit or not.

But I can say with confidence that the motor mounts in the Nissan will NOT align with the Ford engine.

BTW, the 3.6L Ford Mustang engine is a V6, not a V8 engine.

No, it will not just magically fir nor bolt in. Any engine can be dropped in any car… If you have the money, knowledge and the skills, which it is clear you don't.

You can go to a custom car show to see this in practice, but this is just a teen pipe dream.

If you have enough money, enough time, and enough skill, you can put about any engine in any vehicle. The main thing you will need lots of is money and you will need allot. Reason being is that nothing will fit. You will have to do some major reengineering that will cost you big time. The questions is why in the world would you want to do this?
