How to put flooring in a mini van?

I recently acquired a Ford Aerostar and I want to remodel the interior. I'm a mom, so spills are an everyday thing. To make clean up easier, I want to put in flooring. Not mats, not spill catchers, I want house-like flooring. But because of the car seats I can't just take everything out like van campers. How do I put in flooring without removing the seats? And what type of flooring should I use?

I put hard wood flooring in my white van. The first thing I had to do was remove the tear stained mattress.

I think that is far too difficult to do as you ask. It is much easier to avoid the spills that you claim happens every day. There's zero need for children to have to drink while in a car unless they are riding for hours, such as on a trip. It appears the seats are not been damaged, just the floors? Sorry, but this makes no sense to me. Having reared two kids and traveled thousands of miles with them I have experience in this matter. You need to change as to the solution.
