Car radios do not a single universal code that works for them all. Each one has its own individual one, so no other code will work for it.
If you;ve lost, forgotten or the code has been changed, any car stereo dealer should be able to reprogram your radio (resetting it with a new code). This is usually quite cheap (£15-£20), though it does help if you can remove the radio and take it to them instead of trying to get them into your car to do it.
There are applications for car stereo thieves which generate the pin code based on the serial number. I found one in emule, years ago and it worked.
