What's wrong with my truck? 2003 ford escape?
Original EGR valve blew out and the tube was distorted and the valve end.
Current standings:
-Rough Running
-Self shutdown
-No check engine light
-New Egr valve
-New EGR Tube
-New Vacuum Lines
-New Vacuue Switch
Fords have a aluminum EGR baseplate they are junk you can buy an aftermarket steel replacement your dealer will sell you one its funny to me why they don't install them in the first place oh yea now they can sell you one american ingenuity
REMOVE and clean your IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE to SHOWROOM clean! USE MOBIL ONE 0W-30 oil to SAFEGUARD against TARRY sludge deposits that STOP sensors from working right! BAD OIL and a dirty IAC can cause yoru EGR valve to filup with COKE and SLUDGE! STOP USING WAX BASED OILS liek VALVOLINE which are HIGH in ash content and leave TAR behind as a memo! BYE NOW!

Now the way my car is acting is its sputtering on and off like it comes and it goes also while i was driving i went to hit the brake the brake got hard and pulled to the right the abs light came on and now she's sputtering on and off

I really don't know anything about cars it cranks but won't start everything powers on it just won't start

This problems happens right from when i start the car and it gets louder when i move the steering wheel left or right and also when i give the car gas to get it moving it does the wine as i'm moving but the last time i drove it the sound had gone away ones i had driven it for 5 minutes but as soon as i turned it off and came back 10 minutes later and started it up it was back again.
- 2010 Ford Escape fan control only functions on high which is the # 4 setting. What could be wrong? The other three speeds for the fan just turns off the fan. Can just a switch be replaced? If so, how is the cover plate removed?
