Can I convert a Ford Crown Victoria from RWD to AWD?

Can this be done? I have people to help me do this. I wouldn't be sending it to a shop.

If you have enough money anything can be done but why in the world would you want to do it. Just go out and buy a AWD car and save yourself some money and headaches.

It can be done, but it can't be done easily at all though, you would have to reengineer the entire car, and it's probably not something you can do in your garage over a weekend. If you have to ask if it can be or how to do it, then you don't have the necessary skill set to do it. This a project that even high end custom shops that deal in six figure projects would have a hard time with.

You would need to have a one-off custom front drivetrain and suspension system fabricated, that alone would be ungodly expensive, you'd have to find a center diff/transfer case that would work with that application, something from an AWD 300C/Charger would probably be decent starting point. But like I said, if you're asking questions about this, you can't do it.
