My 91 ford bronco has no turn signals?

When lever is switched, the dash does not signal flashing, but the taillight that I'm flashing for will go out but not blink. What could be the problem?

If it's only one side I'd say most likely a bad bulb. If it's both sides then either the flasher unit or the turn signal switch itself. Do the 4way (emergency) flashers work? They're usually operated by a separate but identical flasher unit. If they work then try swapping the two units and see if that's the cause.

This could potentially be a bad fuse. That's a simple and easy fix. Otherwise you might have some wiring issues, that could be more troublesome but still relatively simple so long as you have a multi-meter and maybe a small pair of alligator clips (like a miniature set of jumper cables).

I was unable to see the details to the question when I answered this. You said the tail (brake?) light is affected when you switch the blinker?
