Ford fiesta warning stay on when I turn the electrics on but off when I turn the engine on. Explain?

I have three warning lights which come on whilst the electrics are on not the engine.
The engine oil level, I topped it up but it still shows. (Help)
The indicator malfunction lamp, not sure what it means but it's on.
And the ignition warning lamp which is a battery shape with a + and -.

Can someone recommend what I do?

I recommend reading your manual, however I can also say that whilst the electrics are on but the engine is NOT, is NOT the time to read the warning lights. That is the time to see that the warning light bulbs are working. The time to be concerned is when the engine is running and those lights are still on.

When you turn your key to the accessories position all warning lights should come on in your dash. Some will turn off and some will stay on until you start the car. The point of this feature is for you to be able to check your bulbs. Say the check engine light bulb is burnt out. The only way you would be able to know is because it doesn't light up when this little check happens. If you notice a warning light missing when you turn the key to the accessory position, the missing lights bulb is burnt out and needs replacement.
