If you are referring to a Dodge van you would have to see if the wheel bolt pattern and offset are interchangeable.
That would depend on whether the dog van was a Ford or not. If the dog van was a Ford, then they SHOULD bolt on as long as the number of lugs are the same, the offset is the same and it's the same drive configuration (FWD or RWD).
If the dog van was built by either Chevrolet or Dodge, then NO, they would not bolt on.
For instance, here's a dog van that is a Chevrolet. Ford wheels will NOT fit on it:

Hi, I recently purchased 2013 for ka and I'm having trouble finding a dog cover for the back that actually fits as the back only has two seats so the ones I have purchased tend to be too big and the slits for the seatblets tend to be too far apart.
