I'm from Houston, I'm VERY familiar with Sheila Jackson Lee, and let's just say that I'm grateful to have always lived outside her district. I think it's money that she has no ethical reason to give, or something else condemnatory. If it were another Representative, I'd be more willing to dismiss it, but not her.
