I was in a side impact collision with another car and now she s trying to sue?

The intersection is a T with one stop sign merging onto a state highway (not interstate) it was raining, I came to a complete stop turned left to get on the highway, I was hit by a lady who has been charged with driving with no tags, insurance, or licence. She also got a ticket for possession of class 2 drugs and parafenalla. She hit the rear axle of the Ford ranger and spun it into the ditch. She s also had a charge in 2012 of wreckless driving and served time over it. And loss her licence. She left the scene of the accident with the ambulance before police arrived. She also had a infant in the car. I didn't see her over no lights burning and the police said she was Speeding but didn't give her a ticket over it. The insurance company called and said she is taking out a claim on me for the wreck. The officer said it was my fault. So I'm going to lawyer up.

Can anyone give me any information to help my case

If you are being sued, gather all the evidence about the accident that you can--police reports, photographs, witness statements, medicals reports, and so forth--and present it to your lawyer. He'll also use his means to gather evidence as well. If the lawyer judges that the evidence is in your favour, he might advise filing a countersuit for damage to your vehicle and medical expenses, if there were any.

Countersue.

Your insurance will defend you.

It was your fault, you are liable for the damages, etc. You are going to lose a lawsuit. Contact your insurance company, they should be handling it, she should be going through them.

Bottom line, you were making a left across traffic and pulled out in front of her. Period.

Plain and simple; you pulled out in front of her. You're at fault. The charges against her are irrelevant.
