Annoying squeaking in the front end?

It's an 02 ford ranger 4x4. Every time I hit a bump it squeaks like rubber on metal noise. I jacked it up and checked for front end play with a pry bar under wheel and checked side to side play. I replaced an outer tie rod end and the upper control arm bushings and the noise was gone… Or so I thought. After a heavy rain storm, it came back. I have checked and checked and the front end is tight. Ball joints, tie rods, control arm bushings, sway arm bushings, etc etc are all good. It handles great, but it is embarrasing to pull into a parking lot and people hear a bunch on squeaking when I get in and out of the truck or I hit little bumps. You can push down on the front end and it squeaks every time you push down. I'm lost on what it could be… Any ideas?

It's the struts. Your mechanic is lubing the struts when they do the other repairs to make you think they fixed the noise.

Take the stabilizer bar links loose and drive it to see if the noise is still there.
If it's still there replace the front struts or shocks.
Have you checked for dry ball joints already?
Get someone to bounce their weight on the front bumper while you're under the vehicle listening for where the squeak id coming from.
