Which of these cars do you think is the best? Considering like speed, handling, reliability, looks, and just overall the nicest car?

Speed? Vague question.
Top speed, the Mach 1 is limited to 155. The GTO might be higher, not sure.
Acceleration, the Mach 1 wins hands down.
Handling, with stock tires the Evo handles the best but has a ride quality of a garbage truck.
Reliability, hands down the Mach 1. The Evo will be a clapped out POS on its last leg, having been abused the first 11 years of its life by a ham-fisted teenager who saw 2 Fast 2 Furious one too many times (nevermind the fact that an Evo is basically scrap-worthy at 75k miles).
Looks, personal preference. I think the GTO is the best looking of the bunch, but I wouldn't own a GM.

Overall, the mustang is the best. Upgrade the springs, shocks, sway bars and tires and you'll out-corner the EVO while running away from it in a straight line.

It's the best in terms of performance and it's the best daily driver since it's the most practical. There's this guy in my city that owns one (but slightly newer) and it stomps on everything on the drag strip. It has has the best circuit performance
