Is 26K miles on a 2014 Ford Mustang bad?
Added (1). Of course when I saw a 2014 mustang for 17K I had to jump for it. I have no idea if the miles put on it is too much or not. Can someone help me out?
No, that is not bad. It is more than the average but the fact that the car is only 1 year old would indicate they did allot of highway driving for long distances. That is far better than 26k of city and short trip driving. As long as the oil/filter where changed regularly it should be in excellent condition.
That's about average or maybe slightly above…2014 models are sold in 2013 so the car is basically 2 years old and most cars average about 12-14k miles a year so you're right with that.
- Bad smell when I floor the gas pedal, 2014 ford mustang v6 with 9000km? Its been like this for awhile now but when i floor the gas pedal (from a stop or while moving) there's a bad smell coming from the exhaust, I can't smell anything from inside the car but my friends tell me when they're behind me. They say it smells like burning, however I check the oil regularly and it still has 50% life. Btw I only do this for short distance never holding it. The dealership told me just not to floor it and it won't do it. Wasn't much help.
