CAR PROBLEMS - Ford 2002 Mustang - Auto?

My car seems to have an issue that s causing me concern. I noticed whenever I start it, it sounds a bit awkward immediately before it starts up. In addition to this, when accelerating, it seems like it's struggling to accelerate (holds at 2000 RPM). (Possibly extraneous) It also almost overheats nearly everyday. To combat this, I fill it with water every morning. It hasn't been overheating recently presumably since I've been resupplying the water. I d like an identification of the epicenter of th(ese/is) issue, thank you!

If you NEED to refill the radiator with water EVERY DAY, then you have a SERIOUS leak in your cooling system. Get the car to a REAL mechanic who can find the problem and repair it BEFORE you destroy your car.

The epicenter of most issues like this is the owners wallet; they will not open it up to do routine maintenance. When was the last time you had a tune-up, flushed the cooling system and put in new antifreeze, etc.

Any episode of overheating can cause major engine issues, so multiple is more risk. And the radiator is not being able to pressurize with that major leak, so you can't continue to drive the car. You need to get it to a shop or do a pressure test.
You could have a radiator or hose leak.
Do you see white smoke? It could be a head gasket leak.
