Listed as driving an ATV on my speeding ticket when I was driving a Truck?
I live in Minnesota and received a speeding ticket yesterday. When I looked it over it said the vehicle was an ATV. I was driving a Ford Truck. Is this how they list all trucks on tickets or did the officer make a mistake. The citation was correct just not the type of vehicle.
It doesn't matter legally. AT MOST, it is a correctable clerical error.
In any case, YOU were cited, not the vehicle.

Sounds like officer made a mistake. If you are wondering if that will help you contest the ticket, it will not. There's no legal requirement to dismiss a ticket due to an error. That is a myth.
