How to remove the headunit from a Ford car?
It's the one with the 4 holes, but when i insert the tools, only one side will budge. Also, on the side that is stuck, the tool just pushes all the way through with no resistance
If the retainer clips have been damaged, which is what it sounds like has happened, then there's no easy way to remove it. If you can get your hand around behind the dash you might be able to get to the clips from the back, but that's unlikely. Chances are you'll have to take it out in pieces.

I'm not talking about stickers or decals I had to replace my windsheild after it mysteriously broke and since I didn't go to the ford dealer it no longer has the for symbol in the corner. What I would like to know is if there's a way to scrape or remove the off brand decal that is on the new one? Would sand paper or a razor work?
