How much does it cost to drive a 2014 ford truck for an hour in gas money?
I think gas is around $3.75-$4.00 per gallon here
At what speed and what mpg does the truck get at that speed? Easily answered from there.
Most Ford Trucks are none too thrifty with mpg. 25 mpg at 60mph would not be unkind.
So, 1 hour = 60 miles, 60 miles/25mpg = 2.4 gallons, 2.4 X $4 = $9.60. That of course is no stopping, no hills and a lot of other 'nos'.
PS. I probably messed up the math, ya'll need to check my figures for accuracy.
You provided very little info so let's just say $50 to be safe
I think it's still up to you to do the math seeing as how you didn't give us enough info
2 bazillion dollars. If you don't provide enough information there's no way to provide an accurate answer. There are a multiple of factors that need to be known before we can come close.
What kind of driving? On the highway at moderate speed it will be pretty efficient. Driving in city traffic is very innefficient. At 60 mph steady, maybe $15 an hour. Don't know what engine you have.
- How much gas would I use weekly on a v8 Ford Mustang 2012-2014? I've been wanting to buy a mustang but the gas usage has been holding me back, I'd like to know roughly how much I'd use a week. I drive 30km to work one way 6 days a week so roughly 400 km a week. Any ideas how much I'd be spending on gas?
- How much does it cost to fix/replace the gas gauge to a 1977 Ford F100 Custom pickup truck? Project vehicle. Just looking for an estimate, because that's GOT TO BE the first thing that gets fixed.
- Why do american speedometers feature kph (kilometers per hour) on the inside and mph (miles per hour) on the outside? Here's a stock photo of a ford fiesta gauge cluster. Isn't 1 km longer than 1 mile? Therefore, it would make more sense to put km outside and miles inside, right?
- In drive I push down on the gas pedal but the car won't move. It will then jump and drive normally? Question: as I put my car in drive and push on the gas, my car will make the sound as it should if it were actually moving, but doesn't at all even if I floor it. Then finally it will just jump and start driving normally. I have a 2003 Ford Explorer and yes my engine light is on. Even if I stop at a red light this will happen. Any info is appreciated.
