As long as the threads in the aluminum heads are in good shape, maybe one.

Rick29148 has an important point - those heads are notorious for not letting go of the plugs. Plugs broken off in the holes and stripped threads are always a worry. It really helps to ask how much experience the mechanic has with removing those beasts.

It all depends if you have the 3 valve engine… These are the engines that have the extended ground electrode.
F-series trucks (2004-2008)
Expedition (2005-2008)
If your vehicle is not in this range then you do NOT have the problematic 3V engine.
When replacing the plugs on the 5.4L (Romeo engine) make sure to use anti-seize on the threads and torque the plugs to the torque spec. Of these will blow the plug out and damage the threads requiring a "Timesert" thread repair process.

NOTE:
If you have the 3V engine and the plugs break the ground electrode off you are looking at an expensive repair.
There are 3 different modes that the plugs can break.
My shop charges 3 hours per hole (about $300 per broken plug) (Some Ford dealers charge up to 4 hours per hole
To minimize the number of broken plugs we use a procedure that works very good…
1. We do a fuel induction service to clean the combustion chamber, this removes as much carbon as possible from the ground electrode.
2. Unseat the plugs 1/8 of a turn and Fill the plug wells with 2+2 gum cutter (Choke cleaner) and let it sit overnight. This procedure is the best one for minimizing electrode breakage!
