The Hyundai is a little more economical than the Fusion, and is lower priced. The Fusion does include more modern equipment such as its hands-free comms. It's up to you honestly.
Which is better is going to depend more on how each has been driven and maintained than on the qualities of that year of manufacture. If you don't know how to properly inspect and test drive a vehicle and evaluate it's maintenance history, you might as well flip a coin.
