What should I expect to pay for a headlight for my 2004 Ford Focus? - 1

Added (1). installed

No more than $20 installed. The bulb is about 12-15 bucks and takes less than 5 minutes to install.

For a bulb replacement or the entire head light assembly? Huge difference.

A bulb, 20 bucks.

An assembly, a couple hundred bucks.

3000$

Go to the local auto supply and ask the counter dude to look at your car and give you the replacement price…

20,000 Rupees

How are we supposed to answer this if you don't tell us where in the world you live and whether you mean the whole headlight assembly or just a bulb.

A single headlight BULB is probably less than $10-$15 at almost any auto parts store. If you need to replace the entire headlight assembly, including the lens and reflector, it could cost several HUNDRED dollars.

If you are talking about replacing a burnt out bulb, you should (depending on where the job is done. The dealer will be more expensive than a small shop) expect to pay a few dollars for the part and $20 or less for the labor

If you are talking about the headlight assembly, it is going to depend on where you purchase it. A dealer may be in the $150 range, you can look on line and find aftermarket assemblies for $25-45. Installation would be in the $50-$75 range (again more at a dealer

There's one (pre owned) for $35 on eBay.

5 Minutes to install… I take it you have never ACTUALLY replaced the drivers side headlight bulb in a 2004 Focus… I mean none of it is Rocket science but it's easier to remove the assembly (comparatively) than get to the bulb… It's a huge pain in the but…

A lot
