What pipe has collapsed on my ford focus 2003?

Engine ideal erratic.stalls. Sounds chuggery etc. Found a slight air leak and sucked pipe just under the throttle housing and it goes into the engine just behind the thermostat housing.obs I have goggled to try and find it but to no avail. I'm drawn to believe that its the crankcase breather hose but there's no mention of this or pictures in my car manual. Also there's pictures of different hoses so i'm unsure of the correct one. Any help would be great cheers

Is either breather hose or pcv hose, common issue on all fords. Should be able to get from Ford dealer. Will need last 8 of your vin, maybe able to find in help section of big box part stores. When these leaks occur the computer tries to compensate with adjusting adaptive memory. It eventually will reach threshold and turn on the check engine light. You need to reset keep alive memory by disconnecting negative battery cable for 15 m minutes. If you don't reset computer won't be able to adjust
