Lol!
With the car OFF, is the steering wheel 'loose' ?
You might have a bad right side motor mount. It is a common fault in the Focus.
Vibration is likely due to wrong idle speed and other issues combined due to sitting there so long. Things get sticky such as die speed control valve. We can try running for a day os so see if it cure itself. Otherwise have a diagnostic check carried out. This will show any serious issues and faults. If none fun then start to look at things outside engine. Mounts .brackets etc that ought to hold engine secure and dampen vibrations. A garage with decent mechanic ought to soon be able to sort and repair for you.
- Why do a lot of Class A gas RV's have a steering wheel that says Ford on them? I know a lot of Class C RV's are on a Ford Chassis, but why do a lot of Class A (flat nose) gas RV's have a steering wheel that says "Ford" on it like the one in the photo?
- What parts will I need for a 2005 Ford Taurus 3.0L SFI DOHC 6cyl that has been sitting for 2 years? Right now my list includes: battery, wiper blades, air fliter, front and rear brake pads and all 4 tires? Also what mechanic services will I need? So far that lists includes: a tune-up, oil change, and an engine flush. Your help would be very appreciated.
- What can go wrong from a car sitting a few months? My car has been sitting in my grandparent's carport for a few months. I tried to jump start it today, the lights turned on and all the electronic stuff worked but it wouldn't start. Do I just need to try again or could it be the starter or something? It's a 1998 Ford Taurus.
- Car shakes still? My 94 Ford Taurus shakes on the highway. 65-80 mph and after 80 it stops? I've gotten new tie rods, a realignment, new breaks, and resurfaced rotors, and it still happens to shake even though the mechanic said that the problem was the rotors being warped. Before I spend more money on the damned thing I was wondering if anyone here had some insight to why it's still shaking on the highway. One thing I've noticed is that when I accelerate a chirping sound ensues and chirps faster as I go faster? Any ideas? Please?
