Is it possible to install an aftermarket radio in this type of car?

Just inherited my moms ford focus and am looking to give it a new radio. Would this be possible in a 2010 Ford Focus? The default radio looks like this…

Check with 'Crutchfield.com' and see what they say… Should be ok…

For some cars, it is but it's not as easy you think. There are some aftermarket parts you can buy on ebay or amazon that allows you to put in a stereo but it requires that your change out the entire face of that location. You know, that gray part in the photo with all the knobs and buttons. That entire thing has to be removed and the stock stereo as well. Good luck.

Look for this exactly how it's written on Amazon.
