Honda Civic
Even before I read your choices that you listed, the Subaru WRX was already in my head. My friend just got one a few months and it is just a beautiful car, but you can tell how reliable and durable it is. My other friends parents (who have both passed now) only used to buy Subaru hatchbacks and the cars still ran extremely well after 20 years and can you imagine that Carmax still offered them 10k for a 20 y/o car!
Many of your list are not available as hatchbacks in the US, BMW 1 series, Cruze, Civic, and there are no Kia Cee'd, Hyundai i30, MB A class or Toyota Auris at all in this market. WRX's are all sedans too. Best selling of that list of actual hatchbacks sold here? Probably the Golf, maybe Focus.
The Cee'd, Auris, Cruze hatchback, and Hyundai i30 (called the Elantra in the US which doesn't come in hatchback form) are not available the US. The Civic no longer comes in a hatchback today, they stopped making them in 2000 bit SiR models after that are hatchbacks, which ended in 2006. I've seen all of them in Asian and European markets
The best selling one is a toss up between the Golf, Civic and the WRX. A quick internet search will determine which one

- If Ford is the best selling brand in the US, then why is Ford stock only selling for: $12.58 today? Since Ford is such a popular brand, you'd think the stocks would be selling for a lot more! It seems like it would be selling for about $5,000 per share. What is affecting Ford to make the stock be so low? In 2007, I remember it was at $11.00/share. It has gone up a little over the past 10 years, but not significantly. Why?
