Just trying to understand how to fill in the codes

I need the wiring color codes for the radio on my 2007 Ford e-150 cargo van? I'm installing a new car stereo in my work truck. It's a 2007 Ford e-150 cargo van (4.6 liter v8, if that helps). I have it connected for the most part (it turns on and plays properly) but every time I turn off the car the entire radio resets so I can't save any presets or audio settings. So I need the color codes for the factory harness. And yes I cut the factory harness and I'm just connecting those wires directly to the harness for the new stereo.
Where is the Auxiliary Audio Input on a 2014 Ford Fusion SE? I was told it was under the passenger seat somewhere, but can't seem to find it anywhere for the life of me! Checked the dash, middle console, and middle compartment! Anyone got a detailed answer please?
No aux input on 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid? I just rented a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid and there doesn't seem to be a hole for the aux cable? I opened the center console and there's a white hole, a yellow hole, and red hole. The aux cable doesn't fit into any of them. What's going on here? Is there any place else I can find it? There's no one to help me at this time. The car rental locations close by are closed and I have a 6-hour drive ahead of me through the middle of nowhere.
