Your code is 4503 it the model is M349522. If it starts with V, you'll need to see your dealer to retrieve the code.
To insert the radio code
repeatedly pressing button 1 until the first number of the code appears on the display.
Press button 2 until the second number of the code appears in the display.
Repeat the process on buttons 3 & 4 to complete the code.
When the code is entered correctly press button 5 and the radio should reset and unlock.
(Please note that each serial number has a different code, you will want to write it down, and save it with your owner manual, in the dash.).
