Where to get a cheap car?
I'm looking for a cheap shoddy car for under 300 I don't care about reliability or quality. I'm going to only pay a percent above scrap value, my parents bought me a new Ford F150 and I work an hour away from where I live and with school and running by business and my part time job all my money goes to gas! And before someone says "sell your truck" well #1 it's in my parents name and #2 I like it too much #3 I need it. Where should I look for a car like that? I'm going to some auto auctions Friday. Should I try there or some private party sellers?
Craigslist but beware there are some shady people out there, I recommend getting an accord or Hyundai elantra there very cheap and run for ever
Ok, you realize your truck gets as good a gas mileage as most old rattle-trap cars right? A $300 accord is unlikely to still get 30 mpg. By the time you carry minimal insurance etc, you will probably spend as much as you do now.
- Where are cheap garages in Easton, PA? I need to have my 1998 Ford Safari towed to a garage to be fixed. It needs new spark plugs, air filter, spark plug wires, an oil change, an oil filter and to have its breaking system repaired. Where is the cheapest garage in my area where I can have all this stuff done?

- Does cheap transmission fluid matter? I gotta do a transmission flush In my 98 Ford Mustang. I'm trying to be as frugal as I can and found transmission fluid at Autozone for $1.99 but employers there said it's cheap fluid. Does cheap transmission fluid make a difference? Or should I just go with the big guns at $5.99+?
