94 f150 belt will not stay on?

I have a 94 ford lightning with the 5.8 in it, I've change the belt tensioner twice within 1 week, put 3 different belts on it, changed the idler pulley, but after driving it roughly 100 miles the belt will start to work itself off off the harmonic balancer pulley and will cut off the first 2-3 ribs on the belt, I've also just put on another pulley on the harmonic balancer. The other pulleys and accessories are fine, and do not wobble or shake in any way. If anybody could put any input on it that be great thanks

The tension must be adjusted correctly or the belt will not stay on ; I'm not positive, but I think that the belt tensioner needs to be adjusted with a tool… You would need to get more info

I just put a new fuel pump on my 1976 ford gran torino and it won't idle at all unless I fill the fuel bowl up and when I do that it will idle for a little bit and then when I start it up again it will idle for a little bit less then a little bit less and so on until it won't idle at all?
