Cut it off to get out of it and then go to an auto recycler to buy a used one.
I would suggest you replace the best and the mechanism. Go to a junk yard and get one from a newer version of your vehicle, color does not matter.
Replace it. They sell in pairs at the dealer, but the salvage yard will have them used for each or a pair.
