AC not blowing cold in my 2003 Ford Expedition?
I charged up my AC, and the compressor works but my air still not blowing cold. It's better than it was but its not COLD! Any Suggestions?
Freon.
If the refrigerant level is full and the compressor working and both low side/ high side pressure are normal. Then most likely the blend doors/ actuators need to be checked out and repair or replace. Your Expedition has two for the front AC and one for the rear.

- Why is the A/C on 2002 Ford Taurus is not blowing cold air My freon is fine but when I have the A/C on max the motor engages intermittently. Should the motor run constantly while the A/C is on high? If it doesn't, any idea what could be wrong? Coincidentally, a squeal from the belt started when I started to use the A/C. Last night at roughly 25-30 degrees I drove it approx. 10 miles occasionally turning heater/defrost on to try to defrost windshield some and upon returning home it sounded like boiling water under the hood.
- I bought an Actron CP9125 Code Reader to try and diagnose a rough idle at cold start on a 98 Ford 4.0 engine. The rough idle had not caused? The CEL to come on. I plugged the code reader in with just the key on and pressed read and the little asterisk goes half-way across the screen one time and stops. I press the read button again and it reads 0 codes. I was thinking it would scan multiple times to check for pending codes or other issues. I tried it with the engine running and the same thing happens. Is this code reader operating properly?
- 2017 Ford Fusion AC stops blowing cold? We have a 2017 Ford Fusion with just under 41,000 miles. It will blow cold air, but then after a little bit it will stop and just blow hot air (it's hot where we live). Then sometimes it'll go back to blowing cold but by that time we're cooking! Any ideas what the problem could be? I've had luck here in the past getting mechanical help, so we wanted to try this before taking it to a shop.
