2001 Ford expedition climate problem?

I have a 01 Ford expedition Eddie Bauer. The problem I'm having is the rear a/c is not working. It blows but not cold. The front blows cold. And also the heater does not work front or back it would blow though. I flushed the heater core with the pressure of a garden hose and a pressure washer. There are 2 hoses for the heater core and only one gets warm I heard one is suppose to be really hot till the point you can't hold onto it. And also the a/c line is crushed by the front passenger wheel well. Going from front to back right before the part is crushed is cold and after the part that is crushed isn't. I checked the blend door in the front and it works. Also replaced the actuator in the rear. What could be the problem?

The crushed line is obvious. Replace it.

As to the heat, pull the lines and flow test the core. Most likely it's full of crud. It's probably not worth trying to fix, just replace it. If the core flows adequately, look for a vacuum actuated valve that controls hot water flow to the rear heater core. It's either gone bad or it's not getting a vacuum signal from the control head in the dash. Look for bad vacuum lines, common on a 14 year old vehicle.
