End result of the Ford testimony will be he said/she said with no evidence. So, who gets the benefit of the doubt?

Do liberals throwing unsubstantiated mud always get to win?

Added (1). Unless, of course, the next telling of her story varies quite a lot from what we have heard so far.

The accused

Well… She said, but she doesn't know the time or place or anyone who was there besides the two she named. And they both say it never happened.

According to some on here the media circus sponsors are already lined up and saluting Herr Soros.

I've lost count of all of the unsubstantiated allegations leveled against the Clinton's over the years.

She isn't credible OFF THE BAT. This is probably the reason the LETTER that was sent to FEINSTEIN MONTHS ago was never brought up.

When the dust has settled, Judge Kavanaugh will be seated on the SC, the liberal Congresspeoples will return to their mansions, and Ms. Ford will be left forever holding the bag. Poor lady.

Kavanaugh may lose the Supreme Court nomination, not because of the accusation, but because of how he is handling the accusation. Instead of admitting he may have done something regrettable when he was young, drunk, and stupid, his flat denial makes him look weaselly and unsympathetic to the victims of sexual assault.

I find this is a common problem with conservatives. They often pretend to be faultless, which just makes them look dishonest. Everyone knows nobody is perfect.
