I have a 2000 Ford F250 with a 5.4 Triton. I'm wanting to take the 5.4L out and replace with a 5.9L Cummins?

Just curious would I have to change the Transmission? And what else would I have to change if any?

Tons and tons of work and logistics.

Juan you just blew your cover. You will need to replace the front springs to carry the load and yes the torque convert and maybe the trans will have to be changed at least the computer program for the trans will need to be modified. Why do people think it is just a engine swap, nobody thinks theses things out do they.
