How much is a 1970 ford f250 custum sport worth?
How much is a 1970 ford f250 custum sport worth?
Probably not much. Even if its in good condition with low miles it probably gets horrible gas mileage. You can buy a 1995 F250 with fuel injection and 25 years worth of engine technology improvements and it pays for itself in gas savings compared to a 1970 model.
Id say in typical condition, minor mechanical issues but runs & drives its worth somewhere around $1000. MAYBE if you have a gigantic engine or a diesel it would be worth $2000 to the right buyer who doesn't care about gas mileage but needs a heavy duty truck for occasional hauling.
Condition is everything. Most of them have been recycled by now and many more lay abandoned in yards. It would have to be pretty nice to be worth more than $1000.
1500. Where is it? I need one to haul my 1970 torino to the track with
- Where can I buy a grille for my 1970 ford Fairlane 500? I can't seem to find the part anywhere, its not listed in the parts magazine, amazon, ebay or any junkyards. The closest thing i could find was a 1968 fairlane grille, but i don't know if that will work
- Is a 1970 ford thunderbird easy to fix up? I've found a pretty good deal on one but it's missing motor and tranny. I've found those too, but I was wondering how hard it would be to do this. Also, is it possible to put a 2005+ drivetrain from say an impala or mustang or something in it? I want it to be so I have to fix it less. Don't worry, not changing interior or anything. Just the stuff under the hood.
- If you have enough money, can you have a new classic car built? Like can I pay to have ford build me a 1970 Mustang? Lets say I don't want to buy an old car and restore it, I want a 1970 but straight off the factory line. Can you have a car built with the old style frame, engine, trans, etc?
