Can't park my Ford F-250?

Hi. I'm still fairly new to driving my new Ford F-250. It's a lariat super duty 6.0 diesel. 4 door Short bed. I don't drive it much because I don't leave the house often. I work from home. And those days I do go out in it. I don't go shopping or to stores. So there's no need for me to park. And I'm still fairly new to driving. Had my license about 11 months. So I'm not good at backing up or even parking in general. I just have a couple questions. Every time I do have to park in a parking lot at a store. I have to keep backing up and fourth turning and eventually barley get it in the spot. And then barley have room to open doors. I'm just wondering. Is it hard to park for everyone? Or is it a necessity to have to by pass the parking spot and line it up with your back doors and back upend turn( to be already half turned) and then go in the spot. In order to not hit other cars? Any tips?

Buy a smaller car. What you need a truck for? Is it a yankie thing to do drive a 6 litre v8 to the shops to buy a packet of ciggies?

It's not you. I'v been driving for years and I'v driven almost any type vehicle including large trucks. I now drive a GMC 4x4 ext. Cab 6ft box and at times there's barely enough room to get in or out of the small spots. But. If your in a big lot simply park a little away from the rest and be bold. Park poorly and use 2 spots. This will leave plenty of room for getting back out and may just save the hassle of bumping the side of someone's car.
