1999 ford f250 electronic engine controls fuse burning while I'm driving?

I have a 1999 ford f250 unleaded fuel 5.4l.

While I drive the vehicle after a while it dies on me. I check under the hood in the fuse box and find out that the electronic engine control fuse is burned… When I place a new fuse after it dies the fuse burns as soon as I place the ignition on the on position it burns again. So I end up bridging the fuse to allow the engine to start and take it home… Now in a couple of hours I place another fuse in the Electronic engine controls and it starts right up with no issues… And then the issue repeats itself once I drive it again… Can you Help me? Need some information

If you want to cheat and save some bucks, wire the two fuse ends together and bypass the fuse panel and see what gets hot or malfunctions. I have worked on a lot of heavy equipment and no way to trouble shoot electrical malfunctions, bridge the fuse panel and you will find the problem

Have it checked by a mancaniac.

Keep bridging the fuse and you will be able to track the short by the burnt wire.
