In what year were there not equivalent layoffs? Companies that need to shrink must or the whole company will perish. Sorry to treat you like an adult.

According to recent polls, 65% believe him and are going to vote for him in 2020. Does that answer your question?

Those layoffs have nothing to do with Trump

Don't worry, Trump's administration will announce another drop in the unemployment rate so everything is cool.

Layoffs and restructuring have been going on for decades. However, the prospects of getting a new (and possibly better paying) job have never been better, even for YOU, snowflake.

A rising tide lifts all boats. MAGA!

Free Market Enterprise -- People's attitudes change (many people today prefer fresh veggies to high calorie chocolate and spend their money on the most reliable vehicle) and if companies can't change then they downsize or go out of business. The economy is well. Ford and Nestle will survive if they adapt to changing attitudes and stop bowing to their union masters.

Trump hates Nestles for trying to make him spell.

Add to that approx. 4,000 jobs lost at Disney and about 18.000 at GM late last year.

I guess $1.4T for GOP donors doesn't go very far these days.

F'ck Trump
F'ck the GOP
