Yep if you have the money the service department can pretty much fix any mechanical problem.

First they have to find the cause of the rattle, and then put a bolt in where one may have broke loose or fell out, or replace a part that rusted or otherwise was damaged and no longer connected where it belongs. Once they discover the problem, they can fix it.

They repressurised the cooling system out wherever the coolant flows through the engine. Well when they did that they caused a leak in the middle of the engine. I paid over 600 for the initial job.
