It's either dirty or the sun is down.

I have a 2002 ford taurus se that looks like the left picture, I want the bottom front bumper to look long like something from the picture on the right, what are the parts needed to do this and where can i find these parts? It doesn't help the fact she is Canada's most corrupt politician raising Hydro rates and is considered to be a crook but is it just so fitting her black and white dress looks like a robber lol. I'm voting ndp in june only because I like their policies more than ford but man I laugh everytime she wears that dress. She looks like a crook.
