Where can I find a supercharger in Texas?

I'm looking for a company that sales superchargers for my 2006 Ford F-150 Supercrew XLT 4.6 2v/281ci it has to be a twin-screw Style Supercharger it can be a kenne bell or whipple supercharger etc there's a difference between the '97-'01 4.6 2v/281ci F150s I'm struggling to find one for my truck Help Thanks P.S it needs to be polished and by the way the 03-04 Terminator Cobra superchargers mint work but I won't chance it for the world because the Cobras engine is a 4.6 32v V8 and that won't work once so ever Thanks

Actually there's no reason a cobra supercharger wouldn't work. You'd just have to find an intake manifold that would accommodate it. Anyway, your best bet would be a speed shop, but it would probably be easier just to order a supercharger kit online, it'll come with everything you'll need ( new injectors, new fuel pump, intercooler, etc,).

  • Is the supercharger sound annoying? In the ford mustang GT, I'd like to get a roush stage one supercharger. The thing is I look at other videos and in all of them, there's a very high pitched sound. And I was wondering if that was annoying or what not. Like is it really that loud, or is it because the camera is sensitive? If it is that loud is there any way to decrease the dB?
  • Can I mount any supercharger to a mustang? I will be getting a 3.8L v6 2004 Ford Mustang soon, and I want to know if I could use a cheaper OEM supercharger and mount/custom mount it to the block. I know that if I wanted high amounts of boost I would need forged internals but I'm planning on just giving it a good 5 or 6lbs. Would I also need a special cooling system as well? I would appreciate anything.
