Will the other driver has added deduction for me?

Will the other driver have more expensive deduction for taking the blame. I was told mine could be 1,000 in deduction but if he takes the blame we pay nothing… I got the most horrible damage he pretty much got like a bumper taken off and fancy front decals cracked (plastic) messed up on his brand new ford suv. I have a 2005 frontier with bent tire and tons of side scarring (ripped metal) and busted overflow anti freeze parts (leaking). Not sure whose fault it was.

Added (1). So say his deduction is 400$ for that i think less how much would be added on from me?

"Not sure whose fault it was."

What did the police report say? If you didn't call the police to sort it out; you're putting yourself in a somewhat awkward situation. The blame should be placed on whoever was at fault, the deductible whichever one of you pays is irrelevant. A police report will assess blame, that's how these things are settled. If you don't have a report, then you need to leave it up to the insurance company(s) to figure out because they are the ones who will be paying for the repairs.

Take an English class or post in your own language. You don't understand English or insurance. There's NO deductible with liability insurance. If the wreck was the other person's fault, his insurance should pay to repair your damage. If you were at fault, your insurance will pay to fix your car less the deductible you chose when you chose an insurance policy and pay in full to repair the other person's vehicle.

He admited it to you but s there a police report?
