205/70 would be too big to replace a 195/60. You should either look at a 205/55 or 205/50. 195/65 and 185/65 should also work in a pinch. Just make sure the load rating is the same/higher than OE.
You will probably not have enough clearance under your fenders. Because you are fitting a wider tyre you need to have a lower profile. You would need a 205/50/15
Nope, a 205/70-15 sized tire is both too wide and very much too tall for your Focus. Your control and handling would be toast.
