She asked for an investigation, to turn up other witnesses who went to these parties, and who knew Kavanaugh. She had evidence that she talked about this assault with her therapist and her husband. Trump supporters wouldn't believe any evidence anyway. We SAW Trump on tape talking about grabbing women, and his supporters didn't care!

When I heard she accused 4 boys in 2012 and never mentioned Kavanaugh I began to have my doubts. I would like to hear a lot of things explained by someone who opportunistically pops out at the last minute 36 years late. LOL

I agree completely. Kavanaugh is innocent until proven guilty. But that means Dr. Ford should be allowed to give her testimony before the nomination is voted on.
The Republicans are trying to just dismiss her, calling her a liar before they even question her or hear what she has to say. In fact their situation is so 'delicate' they're hired a lawyer to question her so individual Republican senators don't have to be seen questioning her and bullying her and interrupting her and talking over her, like they do on Fox News.
You wouldn't see a criminal defense attorney standing up at the very beginning of a trial and moving that the charge be dropped because nobody has found his client guilty. That's what the trial is FOR! Kavanaugh and Ford (and the American People) are entitled to a fair trial!
I don't see anything unreasonable about that. It shouldn't be a matter where anyone is presumed right for some surface reason. IF anyone is arguing that, they should reconsider. I believe there ARE people upset that others do not take her allegations seriously. As in, the behavior alleged (whether it actually happened or not) is excused as capricious boys doing what boys do. Knowing what we do about the real world, it might be entirely possible that the situation is unfortunate, and can't be determined to be true or false. So, an emotional position here is of course not going to have high hopes of yielding justice.
