Why does my car turns off after i ignite it?

I have Ford convertible from 2010. I would buy a newer one but they stopped manufacturing them in 2010 and I love that car. Anyhow as I wrote above after i ignite it it ignites fine, but then dies immediately and i have to ignite it again. It ignites from a button, not by turning keys in ignition. I will show it to car repair, but would be nice to know in advance what it could be. The battery was changed a few years ago, together with ignition candles? ( I don't know how they are called in english, those things which put a spark for car to ignite).

Use a decent nechanic!

When the fuel pump check valve goes bad the fuel lines lose their pressure while sitting ans when you first start the motor after it's been off for several hours the motor will stall until the fuel pump build the fuel pressure up to operating pressure. To fix this you'f need a new fuel pump.

  • Blinker turns off to easy? I own a 1993 mustang lx and when i turn my blinker on it only stays on when i'm going straight. So basically even when i turn the steering wheel a little bit it turns off how do i fix this problem?
  • Car fan is really loud when stationary and just after the car is switched off? I've got a 2010 Ford KA which I've had for 2 years in the last few days I noticed a fan comes on when I'm stationary and it's really loud for about a minute when I turn the engine off. Does anyone know what this could be? Themostat was broken - phew! Not a hug expense to correct!
  • Why does my car door unlock after I lock it? When I rent cars (most recently, a Toyota Prius and a Ford Fusion), I'm frustrated because I'll lock the doors, both from the inside and from the key fob, but when I check to make sure that they're locked, they will unlock when I touch the handle. What causes this? Do they unlock if the key fob is within a certain range? When I lock the doors, I want them to stay locked!
  • What's wrong with my Ford Focus? It turns off at every stop! A mechanic checked his comp and said no errors It just turns off. A friend changed my burnt sparkler cables, my spark plugs, my fuel filter and other stuff, but he can't seem to find what's wrong with it. Is there something else wrong with it? When a mechanic hooked it up to a comp to check to see what's wrong with it, nothing came up since the check engine light isn't on. What's up with the car? It's a 2000 Ford Focus SE.
