Because the FBI REQUESTED Safeway turn over items that might help establish WHEN PJ was employed BY Safeway. Whether Kavanaugh is in any tapes or not is irrelevant. Security cameras were NOT as ubiquitous in 1982 - 1983 as they are now. There was a lot LESS digital stuff back then.
I doubt there are ANY tapes, except as a figment of your imagination.
- Why don't the GOP want Mark Judge testifying? It would seem like a no brainier to me. Ford says he was there, all he has to do is stand up and say it never happened under oath and it's a home run for them.
- Why do some say Mark Judge stated that he has no memory of the story Ford is telling, when that is not true? A letter, filed by a lawyer, signed by a lawyer, says "he has no memory of the story Ford is telling". That's not the same thing.
- Why did Dianne Feinstein wait for September to refer the Christine Blasey Ford letter to the FBI and not in July? Why didn't she bring this up to Brett Kavanaugh when she personally interviewed him? Why wasn't it part of the record 1,137 questions given to him answer? Why wasn't it brought up in the initial hearings? The letter was given to only 2 people who she asked to keep her anonymous but it was leaked anyways. So who was it that was disrespectful to her wishes?
- Don't you think that if Mark Judge has to testify under oath, he will quickly remember the address of the house? Where Dr. Ford was assaulted and which one of his friends lived there? The letter his lawyer signed is meaningless.
