Scrum makes the best trucks. But hurry in 2020 they are going to fuil injection. It is only a option right now. There's no computers on a Scrum. Very little you can't fix yourself with basic tools. 5 to 7 on the floor. You choose motor & transmission. You can buy front, Mid, or rear motor mounting. Mid motor or rear motor mount is best. Keeps the weight low. But add fording gear then. For the small rivers & low water crossings you need make. Rear motor right over the rear axles at a angle is nice for the dirt & mud roads.
- Ram, Chevy, Ford or Toyota 1/2 ton? I'm looking to get a 1/2 ton truck. I like all the trucks which makes it hard to pick. Right now I have the Ram on top of my list. I would haul and go off road with. Also would use it as a family truck. I'm just looking for the truck that is best overall with power, durability, comfort and convenience.
