Who had the faulty memory? Kavanaugh or Ford?

Brat the Rat Kavanaugh lied.

It depends on whether you believe women or whether you believe men because you want them to be on the Supreme Court. No rational person expects hard evidence after thirty years, but that appears to be what the GOP wants.

Ford had trouble scheduling a trip to D.C. To testify largely because she is afraid to fly stemming from the alleged incident. However, we learned that she flew to the east coast each year to visit family and flies overseas to dive. Obviously she has trouble being honest.

Not "I still like beer" Kavanaugh.

Neither. Kavanaugh is just not admitting it. Would blow a chance to be a "supreme" justice if you thought plausible denialbity was an option?

Ford didn't offer any corroborate-able details. She refused to say when or where the party happened, and named a total of 5 people that were there, including Kavanaugh and his friend whom she accused of assaulting her. Of the other three, one was her best friend in high school. ZERO of the FIVE people could corroborate even a single word of her testimony. Her best friend even said she was confident that such a party never happened, Not just the assault, but the entire party with Kavanaugh present.

Ford also changed multiple details over time. One of these changes had a fair explanation as she claimed her counselor's notes were wrong, but her time frame for when the party might have happened varied from the early 80s to the mid 80s before she finally magically produced a year and season towards the end… Though still nothing accurate enough to allow anyone to fact check. She was VERY careful to never give ANY info that could be fact-checked.

Who had the most to lose? Who answered all the questions honestly without being angry?
While the evidence was lacking because of the amount of time since the event, Ford didn't act like she was guilty. Kavanaugh did, he saw power and a lifetime appointment slipping through his beer soaked little fingers.

Both, barring any evidence that supports one story or the other. You could call it the Rashomon effect.
