Which Ford Racing cam is best for my 5.0?

Building a 5.0 EFI, going cam, heads, throttle body, longtube headers and an o/r x pipe, Going to run nitrous but max 150 shot, out of the ford racing cams (b303, e303, etc.) Which would work best with my set up?

If your impression is that what you posted correct English grammar, allow me to tell you that it is not. This is hardly legible full of technical terms and numbers. May I ask, why do you find it logical to ask strangers "on the street" as to what appears to be deep and intensive technical terms associated with a vehicle? Would not an expert in auto mechanics be required? You also did not finish the statement. All sentences require a punctuation mark at the end to indicate the completed thought. It is INCORRECT GRAMMAR not to complete sentences. One more stroke. Apparently this is "too much work" for tons of children with smartphones.

Impossible to say without knowing what the car is for. Impressing your friends on the road or track use. If it's for a track then an evil narrow power band is ok. On the road it's a real pain. If you fit a hot cam and the power band slims down too much then you can bog down on gear changes. Tuning needs thought not just a load of bolted on junk.
