Where can I find engine size in 1996 Ford Econoline Passenger Van?
I want to change oil in my van, I just bought it used a few months ago. Owner's Manual lists 4 different engine sizes for it. I can't find anything under the hood or any paper ID that lists the engine size for it. Just wondering if anyone else has any ideas. It's a van with a short hood and the engine can't be seen from under the hood.

GOGGLE VIN DECODE, PUT IN THE VIN NUMBER, IT WILL TELL YOU WHAT SIZE ENGINE YOU HAVE There should be a sticker under the hood with the engine displacement. If not, the 8th digit of the VIN is the Engine Code. You can go online or ask a parts counterman to look it up. PS… I did it for you 2- 4.2 V6, 6- 4.6 V8 and Z- 5.4 V8.
